DESCO VA was started by a group of individuals who have been exactly where you're at in your business career. Scaling but getting to a point of being stuck. Making enough money to change their livelihoods but not enough to not fear the unknown of hiring a salary employee to take over some of the boring or non-revenue generating assignments businesses have that are necessary to operate and continue to scale.

After scaling multiple 7 & 8 figure businesses, utilizing virtual assistants, the founders decided it was time to share what they have learned with the world and provide a level of service and training that was unmatched in the space. That's when our company was born. Since then, we have helped entrepreneurs scale their businesses to heights unimagined.

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement for every customer we work with. We do not divulge any of your personal and business information with another person or company.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS (VA) THAT I CAN OUTSOURCE?

There is no minimum or maximum number of Virtual Assistants (VA) that you can hire because it will depend on your business needs. What we do is assess your requirements against your allocated budget and from there, we can customize our services according to your needs and requirements. So whether you need one or a team of 10 to 100 VAs, we can accommodate and would be pleased to work with you.

WHAT’S THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME?

After we receive your service request in our calendar, we meet you and ask for all the tasks you need help with. Then, we search for the appropriate professional. The search time is basically a week. We evaluate them by doing an initial interview and compile all the necessary requirements. Then, we send it to you. It will depend on you when you want to schedule the interview with the virtual assistant.
